Penerapan Performance-Based Navigation Dan Automatic Dependent Surveillance–Broadcast Dalam Meningkatkan Efisiensi Lalu Lintas Udara Di Wilayah Indonesia

Improving air traffic efficiency is one of the main challenges in Indonesia’s air transportation system, which covers a vast and complex airspace. This study discusses the implementation of Performance-Based Navigation (PBN) and Automatic Dependent Surveillance–Broadcast (ADS–B) as solutions to enhance the effectiveness of national airspace management. The methods used include a descriptive analysis of civil aviation policies, case studies of implementation in several Indonesian airspace sectors, and evaluation of the resulting improvements in operational efficiency. The results show that the application of PBN can optimize flight routes, reduce fuel consumption, and increase airspace capacity. Meanwhile, the use of ADS–B enhances real-time surveillance and monitoring capabilities, especially in remote areas not yet covered by conventional radar. The combination of these two technologies contributes significantly to improving flight safety, efficiency, and punctuality in Indonesia. Therefore, continuous implementation, along with infrastructure and human resource support, are key factors in the success of future performance-based navigation and surveillance systems.

Analisis Pengawasan Fasilitas Pada Terminal 2 Bandar Udara Internasional Juanda Surabaya

Airport Operation Landside and Terminal (AOLT) is an important unit in facility maintenance in accordance with SOP. This study aims to evaluate the performance of AOLT officers in overseeing the facilities in the departure waiting area of the terminal. The research uses a qualitative method with primary data from interviews and direct observations at Juanda International Airport Surabaya, and secondary data from facility supervision reports. Data analysis is conducted descriptively through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that AOLT officers’ patrol and inspection of terminal facilities are well executed, but some issues remain, such as errors in the Flight Information Display System (FIDS), non-functioning digital clocks at departure gates, and roof leaks in one of the tenants' areas in the waiting room. These issues are promptly addressed through coordination with AOCC, ATNOS, the Mechanical Section, and other relevant parties.

Pengaruh Komunikasi Internal terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan dan Sinergi Tim: Studi Empiris pada PT Astra International Tbk

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi internal terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan sinergi tim di PT Astra International Tbk. Komunikasi internal yang efektif diyakini dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dengan mempercepat aliran informasi, mengurangi kesalahpahaman, serta membangun hubungan yang harmonis antara karyawan dan manajemen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur kualitatif, dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber yang relevan, seperti jurnal, buku, dan artikel terkait komunikasi organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi internal yang terbuka dan transparan berkontribusi pada peningkatan produktivitas karyawan, karena memberikan pemahaman yang jelas tentang tujuan perusahaan dan peran masing-masing individu. Selain itu, sinergi tim yang baik dapat tercipta melalui komunikasi yang efektif, yang memungkinkan kolaborasi antar tim berjalan lebih lancar dan menghasilkan solusi yang lebih inovatif. Meskipun demikian, efektivitas komunikasi internal masih dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti penggunaan teknologi yang tepat, budaya organisasi, dan kejelasan pesan yang disampaikan. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perlu meningkatkan saluran komunikasi yang ada dan membangun budaya komunikasi yang lebih inklusif untuk mendorong keterlibatan karyawan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Dengan demikian, komunikasi internal yang optimal akan mendukung produktivitas dan sinergi tim yang lebih baik di PT Astra International Tbk.

Digitalisasi Formulir Monitoring Dan Tabel AIRAC Di Perum LPPNPI Cabang Surabaya

The Aeronautical Information Service (PIA) has a crucial role in supporting aviation safety and efficiency. However, in PIA Surabaya Region, the use of monitoring forms and AIRAC tables still experiences problems in accessibility and efficiency because the work system is still manual. This research aims to analyze the problems that occur and propose digitalization-based solutions with website-based applications to increase the accessibility and effectiveness of aeronautical information management. With a case study-based qualitative approach, data is collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the implementation of digitalization can increase operational efficiency, reduce manual errors, and speed up the data management process.
