Penerapan Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) Pada Sistem Mekanikal di Bandar Udara Menuju Lingkungan Kerja Yang Aman
Abstract
Airport mechanical systems such as baggage handling systems, passenger boarding bridges, HVAC, elevators, escalators, and lifting equipment pose significant risks without proper Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) implementation. This community service program aimed to improve airport technicians’ understanding and skills in applying OSH principles in accordance with national regulations. The program consisted of needs assessment, development of training materials, two interactive online training sessions, and post-training evaluation. Training covered hazard identification, use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), and safe work procedures. The results showed improved participant awareness of mechanical hazards and safety practices, as well as strengthened commitment to a sustainable OSH culture.
