Additionally, Presidential Regulation No. 68 of 2022 concerning the Revitalization of Vocational Education and Vocational Training is also relevant.In light of these two regulations, there is a need for information about higher education institutions that can meet the criteria outlined in these regulations. Furthermore, there is a need for information about higher education institutions that are easily accessible, have relatively affordable tuition fees, offer relatively short education durations to facilitate quick graduation, and prepare students for the workforce by equipping them with practical skills during their education at PPI Curug, a vocational higher education institution. The proposed solution is to provide students of SMAN 3 with an understanding of the importance of acquiring competencies and skills to be job-ready through the dissemination of knowledge during socialization sessions. This will help students realize the value of applying the knowledge they gain at PPI Curug in their future careers. This Community Engagement Program (PKM) aims to introduce the Diploma III Program in Aeronautical Information Services, whose graduates will work in the field of aviation, providing flight information in the form of self-briefings, Notice To Airmen (NOTAM), Aeronautical Information Publications (AIP), and aeronautical charts/maps. It is hoped that through this explanation, PKM participants will be motivated and develop an interest in continuing their education at PPI Curug, especially in the Diploma III Program in Aeronautical Information Services. One issue that requires attention is the on-time graduation rate of undergraduate students (S1). This research aims to develop and implement effective strategies in increasing the on-time undergraduate graduation rate in the digital era. The community service method is used as an approach in integrating theoretical approaches with practice in the field. This service involves collaboration between Dian Nusantara University, Pancasila University and Prof. University. Dr. Moestopo (Religious), students, and industry to design learning programs that are responsive to student needs in the digital era. The result of this service is the development of technology-based strategies that support online learning, personalized academic mentoring, and the use of data analytics to monitor student academic progress. The evaluation showed a significant increase in the on-time undergraduate graduation rate. Industrial technology has been applied in almost all village governments, to support the performance of the Village Head, Village Consultative Body and Village Apparatus/Apparatus. One of the software that can be used to support administrative activities is Microsoft Office which consists of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Microsoft Office software has many features, including the mail merge feature, but most of the features are still unfamiliar to use by Mekar Jaya village officials, Panongan District, Tangerang Regency, Banten, because they are still not used to using the tools available in Microsoft Office. Therefore, the Community Service team provided training on the use of the mail merge feature in Microsoft Office for correspondence for 20 Mekar Jaya village officials, Panongan District, Tangerang Regency, to increase the knowledge and skills of training participants regarding the use of the mail merge feature in Microsoft Office through lecture and discussion methods. and direct practice using a personal computer for each participant, guided by a team of competent lecturers and instructors. Based on the evaluation results, it show that after attending the training, the participants understood the material provided and were able to use the mail merge feature in making invitations, certificates, and correspondence. However, with the right investment and a good strategy, MSMEs can leverage these technological advantages for growth and success. Sanan Tempe Chips SMEs often have limited resources, including funds, personnel, and technology infrastructure. Purchasing, developing, and maintaining financial applications require significant investment, which these SMEs have not been able to accommodate. This community service activity aims to provide practical solutions for Kripik Tempe Sanan SMEs through assistance in making simple sales applications using Microsoft Excel. Therefore, assistance in making simple sales applications using Microsoft Excel can be a viable alternative for MSMEs with limited resources to improve financial management and business competitiveness. Simple records are very influential on business development. Through bookkeeping, MSME owners can see the condition and development of the business, including the company's profits and losses. This activity aims to provide airport staff with an introduction to aviation navigation technology. This activity was carried out online and was attended by 20 staff from airport service units in Indonesia. Originally classified as a hobby, drones are now developing into an alternative solution for air transport. Activities to introduce drone technology to the public need to be carried out so that people can keep up with the development of aviation information and technology. Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug as the oldest aviation education institution in Indonesia introduced drone technology for photography to the younger generation as a concrete form of community service. This activity took place at the State Vocational High School 12 Tangerang Regency on 27 October 2023 and was attended by students from the Construction and Design Technology class. The class was chosen because of its relevance to the function of drones for photography. One of the endeavors is to conduct activities introducing the clean water distribution system at the airport as an implementation of one of the competencies of the TMB, namely the Water Pumping System. The purpose of this activity is not only to attract the interest of participants to continue their education at PPI Curug, especially in the TMB but also to provide basic knowledge about clean water distribution. This activity was attended by students from SMK Penerbangan Dirgantara along with companion teachers. The activity was conducted using two methods: delivering the material in the classroom, followed by practical exercises in the Water Pumping System laboratory. The participants were then evaluated during working on a simulation project of clean water distribution. Through this community service activity, participants gained not only knowledge and information about the TMB and its competencies but also acquired knowledge and skills related to the clean water distribution system. Disasters that occur can include earthquakes, fires, floods, and even bomb threats that cannot be predicted when the disaster will occur. It is very important to implement ERP in public buildings, one of which is hotels. Indonesian Civil Aviation Polytechnic Curug, as a form of the Tri Darma of Higher Education, provides community service through Emergency Response Plan training. The aim of this activity is to provide training participants with knowledge regarding handling emergency situations. Participants consisted of 20 employees from several hotels in the Gading Serpong area. The result of this activity is an increase in knowledge of emergency response plans.
