Pelatihan Basic Safety Management System Bagi Personel TNI AU Di Pangkalan Udara Atang Sendjaja

Safety Management System (SMS) is a term used to refer to a comprehensive business management system designed to manage safety factors in the workplace. SMS provides a systematic way to identify hazards and manage risks to ensure effective risk management. Every aviation service provider is required to create, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve a safety management system based on the national aviation safety program. SMS describes the scope and application for aviation service providers. As part of the aviation personnel, of course, TNI AU personnel at the Atang Sendjaja TNI AU Base need knowledge about safety to be ready to work. To improve understanding of the Safety Management System, the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic Curug held a community service activity in the form of Basic Safety Management System Training for TNI AU Personnel at the Atang Sendjaja TNI AU Base. The training was carried out offline in class with the method used not only lectures but also group discussions and ice breaking. The results of this training showed that there was an increase in personnel's understanding of safety, strengthening of safety culture and increasing awareness and skills in terms of safety management.

Pendampingan Guru SMKS Prima Bakti Dalam Membuat Modul Praktek dan Trainer Kit Elektronika Dasar, Tangerang

Vocational school students are vocational schools that are at the forefront of the industrial world. This Community Service (PKM) activity was carried out based on concerns about the condition of several vocational schools with practical facilities that were still below standard. The responsibility of universities is not only to produce students but also to improve the surrounding area so that the benefits are also felt in society. The PKM scheme that will be implemented is an Assisted School-based Scheme (PKM-SB). PKM's partner is Prima Bakti Vocational School with a "B" or Very Good accreditation. Partners do not have adequate facilities for the Industrial Electronics Engineering major, especially for basic electronics lessons. Therefore, the activities that will be carried out will involve assisting Prima Bakti Vocational School teachers in creating practical modules and basic electronics trainer kits. The practical module is adapted to the curriculum and syllabus currently being implemented in schools for grade 9 students in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects. The module in the form of a practical job sheet is a basic competency of knowledge and skills consisting of 14 experiments. The modules and trainer kit have been tested for their function properly and have been tested on students. The implementation of PKM activities also evaluated the level of satisfaction from PKM partners, namely productive teachers and the management of SMKS Prima Bakti school, with 100% satisfaction. The hope is that this PKM can boost the accreditation ranking and quality of human resources for graduating Prima Bakti Vocational High School students.

Cooperative Financial Reporting Education Based on the Financial Accounting Standards for Private Entities (SAK EP) is an important step in improving the transparency, accountability, and governance of cooperatives. This standard is designed to ensure that cooperative financial statements are prepared with accounting principles that are accurate, relevant, and comparable, thus supporting better decision-making by stakeholders. This community service program aims to increase the understanding of cooperative members, administrators, and other stakeholders on the importance of implementing SAK EP. This activity includes socialization, training, as well as in-depth discussions to identify challenges in the implementation of this accounting standard. Some of the barriers often encountered in its implementation include a lack of accounting understanding, limited human resources, and resistance to changes in the financial reporting system. Therefore, the program also focuses on compliance improvement strategies, such as continuous training, technical assistance, and provision of adequate resources for cooperatives. It is expected that with this education and assistance, cooperatives can prepare more transparent and accurate financial statements, increasing credibility in the eyes of members and other stakeholders. Effective implementation of SAK EP not only strengthens the financial stability of cooperatives but also encourages economic growth based on justice and togetherness. With better reporting, cooperatives can attract more investment, increase access to financing, and strengthen public confidence in the cooperative system in Indonesia.

Meningkatkan Kesadaran Bahaya Kejahatan Siber Melalui Sosialisasi Cyber Security Di SMKN 26 Jakarta

The use of technology is very important in everyday life, people are required to be able to adapt to technology because currently humans and technology are interrelated. The use of technology can simplify and help human activities but can also have negative impacts, one of which is Cyber Crime (cyber threats). Most students often use online media for learning activities such as coordinating learning with teachers such as WhatsApp messages or interacting with social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok or other online media. Students often store information, both personal data and photos, on their social media accounts. Interactions with social media are vulnerable to Cyber Crime attacks and students are less aware of this and do not know how to manage their social media accounts to avoid Cyber Crime. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to provide awareness to student partners at SMKN 26 Jakarta of the importance of Cyber Security in using the internet to avoid the risk of Cyber Crime and to teach best practices in protecting sensitive data and personal information from unauthorized access. The methods used are lectures, discussions and quizzes to motivate students to take part in PKM. The results of this activity are based on the post test: 88% of students understand the importance of cyber security.

Pendampingan Masyarakat dalam Pemasaran Desa Wisata Sasak Ende Sengkol Melalui Pelatihan E Commerce

Pendampingan masyarakat dalam pemasaran Desa Wisata Sasak Ende Sengkol melalui e-commerce bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital guna mempromosikan destinasi wisata. Kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi mengenai pemasaran digital, pelatihan teknis pembuatan konten promosi, simulasi transaksi online, serta optimalisasi fitur promosi di platform e-commerce. Metode yang digun mencakup edukasi, praktik langsung, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan guna memastikan penerapan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat dalam membuat konten pemasaran, mengelola transaksi digital, serta memanfaatkan fitur promosi secara optimal. Dengan adanya pendampingan ini, diharapkan Desa Wisata Sasak Ende Sengkol dapat lebih dikenal luas dan menarik lebih banyak wisatawan, sehingga meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat setempat.

Peningkatan Keterampilan Penyelamatan dan Pemadaman Kebakaran Helikopter melalui Pelatihan HRFF di PT. Pertamina Hulu Kalimantan Timur (PHKT)

Helikopter memiliki peran krusial dalam industri minyak dan gas, terutama dalam mendukung akses ke fasilitas lepas pantai yang sulit dijangkau dengan transportasi konvensional. Namun, operasi helikopter di sektor ini memiliki tingkat risiko kecelakaan yang tinggi, terutama akibat kondisi cuaca ekstrem dan keterbatasan infrastruktur darurat di tengah laut. Oleh karena itu, kesiapan personel dalam menghadapi keadaan darurat menjadi aspek yang sangat penting guna meminimalkan dampak kecelakaan. Sebagai upaya meningkatkan keterampilan personel dalam penyelamatan dan pemadaman kebakaran helikopter, dosen Program Studi PKP Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa Pelatihan Helicopter Rescue and Fire Fighting (HRFF) di PT. Pertamina Hulu Kalimantan Timur (PHKT) pada 14-20 Juli 2024. Pelatihan ini mengombinasikan sesi teori dan praktik guna meningkatkan pemahaman peserta terhadap risiko kebakaran helikopter, prosedur penyelamatan awak, serta strategi pemadaman efektif di lingkungan industri minyak dan gas. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan peserta, khususnya dalam mengidentifikasi potensi risiko serta menerapkan prosedur penyelamatan sesuai standar International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) dan National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Untuk pengembangan di masa depan, disarankan penggunaan teknologi simulasi dan realitas virtual guna memperkaya metode pelatihan serta meningkatkan efektivitas dalam menghadapi keadaan darurat secara lebih realistis dan interaktif.
