PENGARUH REFRESHER TRAINING TERHADAP KINERJA PEMANDU APPROACH CONTROL SURVEILLANCE DI MAKASSAR DIRECTOR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan refresher training terhadap kinerja personel pemandu lalu lintas udara pada unit approach control surveillance (Makassar Director) di Perum LPPNPI Cabang Makassar. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif melalui penelitian survei. Populasi terdiri dari 24 orang yang merupakan petugas pemandu lalu lintas udara di unit approach control surveillance (Makassar Director) sekaligus menjadi sample pada penelitian dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner. Hasil menunjukan bahwa terdapat koefisien korelasi (nilai r hitung) sebesar 0,774, nilai tersebut lebih besar dari r tabel 0,404 yang mengindikasikan adanya hubungan positif antara refresher training dan kinerja personel pemandu approach control surveillance. Sementara hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t table yaitu 5,739 > 2.074 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh refresher training terhadap kinerja pemandu approach control surveillance. Data lain menunjukan bahwa koefisien determinasi diketahui sebesar 0,5990, artinya terdapat pengaruh refreseher training sebesar sebesar 60% terhadap kinerja.

The research was aiming at investigating the effect of refresher training toward performance of an Air Traffic Controller Officer at the approach control surveillance unit, Makassar Director. The research method used was a quantitative method through survey. Population of the research was all air traffic control officers in the approach control surveillance unit which consist of 24 people. Going through a total sampling technique, all people become sample of this research. The instrument of the research was questionnaires. Results showed that coeficient correlation (rcomputation) reached 0,774 higher than that of r table 0,404. It indicated that there was a positive relationship between refresher training and personeel performance. In a meanwhile, result of hypothesis test show the value of t computation was higher than t table namely 5,739 > 2.074 meaning that there was an effect of training toward performance. Another data showed that the value of determination coeficient was about 0,5990. It means that there was a positive influence of refreseher training toward performance of the personel
