Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang apakah terdapat pengaruh antara pemenuhan on time performance (OTP) dengan efektivitas keberangkatan pesawat di Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center (JATSC). Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh pesawat departure yang berangkat pada tiga bulan pertama winter season, yaitu bulan Oktober 2018 s.d. bulan Desember 2018, pada saat peak hours. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi dokumentasi yang berisikan data Estimated Taxi Out Time (EXOT) dan data setiap pergerakan pesawat yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian (seperti aircraft identification (ACID), taxi time, airborne time, dll). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemenuhan OTP mempengaruhi waktu efektivitas keberangkatan pesawat, tetapi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang cukup kuat dengan koefisien sebesar 0,497 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 24,71%. Artinya bahwa pengaruh pemenuhan OTP terhadap efektivitas keberangkatan pesawat hanya sebesar 24,71%, dan selebihnya ditentukan oleh faktor–faktor lain.

This study aims to obtain a picture of whether there is an influence between the fulfillment of on time performance (OTP) with the effectiveness of aircraft departures at the Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center (JATSC). The sample used was all aircraft departures in the first three months of the winter season, ie October 2018 to December 2018, during peak hours. The data collection technique used is the documentation study that contains Estimated Taxi Out Time (EXOT) data and data on every aircraft movement needed for research (such as aircraft identification (ACID), taxi time, airborne time, etc.). This study concludes that OTP fulfillment affects the effectiveness of flight departures, but does not have a strong enough effect with a coefficient of 0.497 and a coefficient of determination of 24.71%. This means that the effect of OTP fulfillment on flight departure effectiveness is only 24.71%, and the rest is determined by other factors
